They were recommended to me by an actual dietician (!!) for having high protein and fiber and now I always have one in my bag. As a plant-based eater for many years, I am trying not to be in situations anymore where fries are my only option, so I’ve brought these to weddings, to travel, anywhere I think I might not have access to a full vegan meal.
