“I had experienced basil seeds in bubble tea before, but it only recently occurred to me that I could make them myself. I’m not a chia seed pudding kind of person and I don’t love chia seeds in drinks either. Basil seeds, however, have less of a flavor AND hydrate faster. Also they’ve got more fiber & calcium/magnesium/potassium than chia seeds. Basically every morning I can consume like 10-15g of fiber in a little shot of juice (Aldi Superfood Juice 😏) before my coffee which I think is kinder on my stomach.”
