Scallion Oil Noodles with Honey Soy Chicken Recipe

“made for dinner tonight, confirmed easy and delish. notes: used extra regular soy because i’m out of dark soy, would def be better with the dark soy as called for though grated a 2in piece of ginger and added to the ground chicken at the same time as the grated garlic i used a cast iron for cooking the scallion oil and then the ground chicken, want to use a wok next time. think i’ll get better color that way could benefit from some spice?? maybe chili crisp on top when serving?”
