“This is a tiny little patch of beach, but what’s special here are the big waves. I swam from about 7-9 AM with locals who helped me steer away from the rocks. Every forty minutes, a set of five big waves crush though, and folks body surf using hand fins. I tended to just dive and ride the washing machine, but it was so fun that even a work text couldn’t get me down.”
