Especially the pleasurable, enjoyable things like crafting, sewing, baking, stretching, knitting, drawing, reading, writing... all of the things that are (For some reason?) harder to do than the "important" life to-do's. Some of my fav ways to use these candles are to read a book to free-write in my journal to meditate to write a substack post when I have writers block to do a living room tidy up to call a friend to stretch (I hate stretching! but if I light the candle, im stretching for 20 minutes!!)”

Savannah Spoor“The perfect gift for someone in your life. I love writing a handwritten note that shares how I imagine the person using the candle - whether it’s 20 minutes for new skill you know they are learning, a new hobby they’ve expressed interest in, 20 minutes to journal, 20 minutes to water color. It’s just such an intentional gift for anyone ✨✨”

I live in fear of accidentally burning our building down by leaving a candle burning, and each of these cuties offers 20 minutes to write in your journal and bliss out without anyone having to call the fire department on you.”
