“The Net Art Anthology highlights 100 artworks that influenced the trajectory of internet based (and inspired) art from the 1980s-2010s. This is such a useful and interesting resource that catalogues this movement that is so often left out of traditional surveys of art history. Among my favorite material featured in the anthology are: Devin Kenny’s Untitled/Clefa (2013), a performance that interrogates the offensive Tumblr trend “trayvon-ing” (named after Trayvon Martin) and /INB4/, a radical web community co-founded by artist, Liz Mputu.”
