“Bc it’s already understood to be great, however, I’m also using this platform to catalog everything I love, and Clos Vougeot is that. ‘21 is ofc young, but we had a rainy day with loads of bad luck, and opening baller bottles to lift the mood is what we do 🤷‍♀️ it was fresh and bright with the cherry, raw mushroom and dried rose petal notes we know and love, pulled together with high quality wood. C'était parfait.”
