“Ive used this brush exclusively for years now. I have thick wavy hair that knots easily. A stylist showed me that when held vertically (not the intuitive way to hold a hairbrush for me) the pins dont funnel your hair through a zig zag and you can work through the tangles with less effort. When held horizontally they zigzag so you get two options for brushing. I also like the weight and handle. I find it easy to clean. Ive had mine for 15 years and its about as good as new. You can purchase online but an aveda salon near you should carry them, too. Also, there is a cute mini version.”
