Ana Mendieta (Exhibition at Tate)

“Really looking forward to seeing this show at Tate gallery I listed to the podcast Death of an artist a few years ago Its is a heartbreaking but gripping listen It goes into her brilliant work and is pretty damning about the circumstances around her death”

“here you can witness over 120 of mendieta's works from throughout her life. my favorite piece was a voice recording of her elementary school students answering "what is a soul?"”

“This photo in particular i love”
