The Crucible

“Maybe a nostalgia trap because I watched it for the first time in high school, after reading it for class, and also performing in the play, like many other high school students. And. I LOVE Daniel Day Lewis and can forever hear him passionately crying BECAUSE IT IS MY NAME!!!! (Goosebumps)”

“I used to be able to quote this entire trailer purely because it played in the theater previews before Romeo and Juliet and I saw that 11 times in theaters lol. It’s the season of the witch, might have to rewatch it. It was recently brought back to my attention after Andrew Garfield gave a riveting, “I gave you my soul, leave me my name” on Good Hang.”

“So much respect for the original “lie that got completely out of hand” story. They can’t make me hate you, Abigail. I too saw Goody Proctor dancing with the devil.”
