Roasted Habanero Salsa Recipe

“This recipe is somewhere on the spectrum between salsa and hot sauce. Incredibly spicy and super simple — except for the safety precautions required (ignore rick and devein and de-seed before roasting, wear gloves, grill outside if you can, don’t breathe in when your blending). My niece who lives in CDMX blends it in with avocado and mayo to make a spread — otherwise too hot to eat more than a couple of drops. Great habenero flavor.”
