“It doesn’t fit the not-neutral part of your brief, but this is a very affordable and lovely leather bag company I discovered on a trip to India. Full disclosure: my buckle did break from (very) heavy use in the first two or three months I had it, but the company was incredibly considerate shipping me a replacement abroad and explaining how to install. Looks like with shipping to the U.S. the cost would be around $80. I love the look and craftsmanship!”
