“I thought Flamingo Estate was always great for gifting but when I tried it myself, my GOD. We use no other olive oil now and the chili matcha goes on EVERYTHING (particularly good with a puff pastry chicken and tarragon pie I make)… the honey got us through cold and flu season. I spend too much money here but it’s beyond worth it. Delight in every meal!”
