“This is one of my favorite places in the Bay Area. So beautiful to walk around, and extremely welcoming. If you go Sunday morning early enough you could attend the sitting meditation and dharma talk, which is an interesting experience and open to all, or just check out the bookstore when it’s open from around 11-noon. You can walk around the farm and gardens and all the way down to Muir Beach, which is a lovely doable distance. Also if you continue driving up the coast a little further, Bolinas is an awesome stop to check out - there’s an excellent honor-system farmstand as well as great local restaurant and a place I love to stay.”
