“I have developed an annoying (to me) theory that sandals with skinny straps are much more flattering. Unfortunately it is roughly 1000% harder to find skinny strap comfortable sandals than thick straps because everyone loves just pasting a piece of wood to the bottom and calling it a day. I just found these and am obsessed. They are every pair I wanted that was basically cardboard but waterproof and with just a little cushion. I wouldn’t call it arch support but these are still a big win for me. They come in two other styles both without the ankle strap. I have the ones with the toe loop and they give me blisters between my toes but I’ve never been able to be a flip flop girl. They might work for you.”
