I splurged to get my prescription because of the frequency of my migraines and it has been worth it. It was difficult to get them adjusted safely because regular tools can damage the lenses, so I recommend seeing if there is a provider near you that partners with them if possible.
My sister uses the non-prescription on her migraine days for computer work and also feels they really help her more than just regular blue light.”
