Spiked Watermelon Recipe

“I once carried an entire liter-stuffed-melon on the Metro North just to make an entrance at a party. The melon gets soaked through, and you can slice it up or carve melon balls for cold drinks. Either way, it's super pungent. This past weekend, I found myself daydreaming about the concept but with coconut-water-infused melon. I know I could easily just slice up a melon and let it soak in a pan of coconut water, but I prefer the drama of suspending a bottle of coconut water a top of a melon for 24-48 hrs. I'll report back-- let me know if you've tried/try to experiment with any other theatrics.”
