“The hot sugar crust technique results in a not too sweet, fruit forward cobbler which tastes even better after its chilled overnight in the fridge for the juices to firm up. Her cookbook recommends subbing 6 1/2 pints of marionberries for the peaches for a berry cobbler, which I also recommend.”
