“I love living in an era where anyone can post a recipe on the internet. But I also love a database of vetted, tested dishes that met a certain threshold of quality for publishing. 9/10 things I've made from NYT have been worth making again. Styles vary quite a bit between recipe authors, so there's something for everyone on here. The notes from other cooks are always helpful and often entertaining. My husband likes to say it's the best couple bucks we spend every month.”
