“I got these in the brown colorway and they are super cute! The elastic adjuster is actually so convenient, because you can make it looser at the toe box and still tight at the top with the laces for comfortable but solid support. I wore these for three days of hut to hut hiking in Slovakia and they were great. They are actually trail running shoes, so they are super lightweight, which is nice for travel. Maybe not as much ankle support as a traditional hiking boot, but I thought these were great for short to moderate hikes (5-10 miles with lots of elevation gain) over very rocky terrain.”
