“Before this summer I had zero experience in a darkroom and little experience shooting analog (on an SLR). I also had not intention of learning how to use a darkroom, but that’s a story for a different day. I ended up taking a class at a not-so-local community darkroom (an hour-and-a-half away) and believe me if I lived closer I would be joining the collective so I could continue to develop on my own.”
