“IDK if you're someone who has trouble with finding their phone, but I have the unfortunate habit of setting it down somewhere and not being able to retrace my steps, usually during the already frantic rush-to-get-out-the-door morning crush, adding another layer of dysregulation to the day. I recently bought one of these and just keep it on me at all times and boy has it helped with a decades long issue.
