“Resort on a perfect lake in Maine. Most of the crowd were multi-generational families. You go for a week and meals are included, so you don’t have to worry about when and where everyone will meet up. The whole staff performs in nightly musicals and chamber music, which are incredibly charming. Boating, swimming, tennis, beach volleyball, shuffleboard: all delightful. Cabins are comfortable and well appointed. Not fancy, not roughing it in the slightest. Excellent kids programming. It’s clear why many of the families come back for the same week every summer.”
