Notes on Heartbreak

“I haven’t completed it yet but it’s really helped me. Lord’s writing is not profound or particularly moving. Rather, it’s like your best friend that calls you up, invites you over in your comfies to share pints of Ben and Jerry’s. She lets you sob in her arms, and you don’t feel bad about it. Actually, it feels really nice. She holds you and tells you that it’s okay that you’re not over it. Truly a 5/5 piece. Thank you Miss Lord, you are incredible <3”
