Sardines in Olive Oil

“Small, tender olive oil-packed sardines that aren't aggressively fishy. J'adore.”

“Toast up a nice slice of bread, then rub it with a piece of cut garlic. Grate a tomato on the large holes of a grater. Add some olive oil and salt to the grated tomato, then spoon it onto the garlic-rubbed toast. Add sardines and thinly sliced shallot on top. Finish with a pinch of flaky salt.”
