Ono Poke

“Ono tops all the lists of Seattle's best restaurants, and for good reason. The sides are incredible - so much so that I would take a vegetarian here without hesitation - and the fish itself extremely fresh. Be sure to arrive in the first hour or so after opening, as many of the pokes (especially tuna ones) usually sell out in the noontime rush.”
