“If you are in Austin you must go to Chef Hong on West 24th St. They have the best Beef Noodle Soup with wide hand pulled noodles and boiled dumplings made in house by the kindest people. The dumplings come with a black vinegar and chili oil (also made in house) that I still dream of recreating at home.”
