“solves the very specific problem of tring to cut a slice from a crusty loaf of bread and squishing or otherwise mangling it. i'm not usually a fan of single-purpose kitchen tools but I bought this from a street fair when we visited Asheville and its perfect. i suppose this rec is for bow knives in general but these folks were so nice and shipped the knife to us from North Carolina, so I recommend them specifically!”
