“If you are in the Poconos area this is your hair spot. The owners are amazing and one of them did my hair for over a decade. Before Phylicia and Amber opened up Indulgence I would schedule my trips home from college around Phylicia doing my hair. Now she and Amber have their own salon and it’s beautiful and has great services. I still go here when I can arrange it into my trips home.”
