Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Prosecco and Rosé

“I tried all the different kinds of NA wine when I was pregnant. Every time I saw an ad or review and people say “wow!! it’s so close to the real thing!”. If it’s a red, it’s a LIE. So much of the flavor of wine comes from the process, and when they dealcoholize it, it just loses all of what makes it good. Beer you can add hops, and barley and all kinds of things to boost the flavor, but you can’t do that with wine. What I have found if there are some bubbles, and a bit of sweetness, it’s passable. Sometimes they can have a bit of a vinegar bite, but those ones I just make into mimosas”
