Biwa no Shiro Ceremonial Matcha

“I’ve bought this matcha twice now! Slightly milder, nutty matcha with only a mild sweetness. My only note is that it forms a thinner paste when whisking into a micro-foam, which in turn produces a less creamy latte. That being said, there is a reason I bought it twice- it’s great for your daily matcha fix!”
