“I gave in and bought this at the recommendation of a security guard I worked with. I WILL say that while it’s great and the cooling feature on the back of the neck does help, I wish there was also a fan back there. Is that even possible? Idk! The cooling pad still gets a little sweaty and I don’t like that the buttons beep, but those are my only complaints. This absolutely saved me when I had to work outside on some feels like 103° days. Also another caveat: I bought this on sale for like $80 but I don’t think I’d splurge at its current price point. 🤔”
