“An integral work of early science fiction, R.U.R is the world's introduction to the "robot", a term coined by the author's brother, Josef. Humans have invented "robots" to take over hard labor and all is well until the robots grow...resentful. This 1921 play was a work far ahead of its time and one I return to often for a creative boost. My highest recommendation!!”
