“The tritel house from king A. Quincy Jones (1950). Post and beam, Brentwood, cul de sac. What's better than an overabundance of windows paired with a private lot? Yes, one bathroom is a disaster and the kitchen cabinetry was dated the second it was installed BUT you're getting a beautiful, deeply architecturally relevant house in an extremely pricey/prestigious enclave that's move in ready and then some for less than 4mm. I can't imagine this doesn't have an offer over ask submitted before the end of the week.”
