“so that your baby can sleep through it just like this :) it’s quite easy! every day in the lead-up to the 4th, play a YouTube compilation of fireworks sounds while your pup is eating or playing with a favorite toy. start with the volume on low and give treats whenever your dog notices the noises. each day you can increase volume and duration until your dog has relative comfort. you can also put on familiar YouTube fireworks sounds during the actual fireworks once your dog is comfortable with them to trick your baby into thinking it’s just the daily video noises”
