“The setting for this game is beautiful - vistas, fields of flowers, and gorgeous mountains. An amazing backdrop against which you can eviscerate your enemies.
I enjoyed Atsu’s story arc, the people she meets, and character of the time and place she is in. I found myself reading about Japan’s history during this time to learn even more
Open world, but not so many things to do that it’s overwhelming, there’s a lot to explore. The combat is visceral and easy to learn but hard to master. Yotei easily went to the top of my all time list of games, up there with God of War.”
