Baby Eggs à la Baba Recipe

“This is my favorite simple breakfast that my grandma “Baba” would always make us on summer mornings in Colorado. referred to as “baby eggs” since the finished product looks like eggs resting in a nest. This is just soft boiled eggs (7 mins) over a pile of crushed up saltine crackers. Curious if anyone else grew up eating this or if this was one of those made up in the moment recipes that stuck!”
