It takes forevvvvver to cook but makes the kitchen smell like the lakes from which it came.
My favorite is Minnesota Manoomin from Red Lake Nation Foods but it can be hard to come by.
Add it to salads to make them hearty, or precook and take camping for a sausage stir fry.”
