“The huge public university’s campus in the south of the city and a UNESCO world heritage site. Home to some phenomenal modernist architecture and murals from the likes of Diego Rivera and Juan O’Gorman, it also has a very cool contemporary art museum (MUAC), a brutalist sculpture garden (near MUAC), a botanic garden, and plenty more to explore. It's MASSIVE, so I would take an uber or cab there, even though you can take the subway, but it's a bit of a schlepp from the closest stop.”
