“CAKE! By a place that makes the best vegan cake I've ever had. Pie Pie My Darling only makes cakes, but started by making pies exclusively. One slice is a real indulgent punch in the face, so like once or twice a year, and I'm good. If you're in Chicago, you can get a slice at Penelope's Vegan Taqueria in Pilsen or Handlebar in Bucktown.”
