“the spechy snack box is my take on an adult lunchable and it just makes me feel so freaking cared for and mothered. the boxes always have protein and are blood sugar balanced the way i'd recommend for a client (i've always been my own client!) but beyond that it just feels really nice to be thought of this way. i would never in my life send my son anywhere without a snack or a plan for food but when he was little i would find myself at the park without anything i actually wanted to eat and i'd either get hangry or eat something meh and then i'd feel meh so i started making these and never looked back. maybe you'll make one too!!”
