“the next time you buy a rotisserie chicken, freeze the carcass (and any meat you don’t eat - drumsticks etc.). when you have 2 of them - and ideally frozen carrot ends and celery hearts - spend a cozy afternoon making stock. then that stock goes back in the freezer for soups!”
