“I lived in the condo plaza at the time when this cafe opened and was blown away with their signature drink The “Settlement” Latte (Brown sugar & sage) named after Gainesville's historically black community and settlement. The brown sugar and sage flavor combo is so surprisingly good. I like it both ordered hot and cold with milk! I make it a point every time I visit family back in Northern VA to stop in and get it!”
