“If you do one thing for yourself this summer, have it be enjoying buffalo mozzarella. Excellent alone, pairs well with the classic dusting of sea salt ( Maldon enthusiast) olive oil, lil basil and small ripe tomatoes. this is not regular mozzarella, it is made of buffalo milk
