“Carrying a tiny, aesthetically pleasing notebook and a favorite pen in my purse/car and using it to dump out any and all thoughts as they come has been VERY helpful for me. No order, no organization just DUMP IT OUT. Ideas, to-do lists, worries, reminders, name of the neighbor I just met on my walk, anything. Clears much needed space in the ol’ noggin.”
