“Up until recently I was a Farfalle hater. Hard to cook evenly, doesn't hold sauce what's the point. Then farfalle rigate entered my life. Ridged on one side to hold sauce, and smaller than traditional farfalle. It's kind of perfect. La Molisana is my current go-to grocery store brand. If you're in Chicago, Bari has the best price AND selection (seriously, so many shapes I never see anywhere else)”
