“I'm on my third year in a row using a Sterling Ink A5 Common Planner as my main paper planner. I have also dabbled in using other brands (Happy Planner, Hobonichi) and this is my tried and true! The paper is Tomoe River, which does require a good pen (Pentel Energel for me). Sterling Ink's quality is unsurpassed, and there are no holidays or weekends marked--even the daily pages in the back are undated. I've finally gone from having multiple planners to just this one (okay, and a super skinny monthly by Sterling Ink). The front of the planner features quarterly planning, then monthly, then weekly, then enough sheets to journal each day if you want to. Since I'm prone to skipping days, or writing/keepsaking on several pages on just one day, the undated blank "daily" pages work amazing for me. It's a system that I love, it holds stickers and tip-ins and wash beautifully, and those crinkly pages!”
