“A fun Minneapolis runner game is to come up with the best lake combos for any distance. Pro tip: the best sips are from the free standing water fountain at the SE corner of Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun.) The one 25 feet away attached to Pimento/the restrooms is lukewarm at best.”

“Walking around Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska or Lake of the Isles (ideally with a coffee) is a classic Minneapolis pastime, and one of my favorite ways to spend a morning. Great for people watching and scoping out all of the fancy houses :)”
