“Usually when I recommend a book to a friend and they ask what it’s about, I honestly can’t remember. I only remember how it made me feel. I remember how this book made me feel (human, humbled, at ease in my sadness). But I also remember some of the plot! I don’t know if this means it’s really good, but it is - really good. It’s long. You could save it for the late fall/winter.”
