“Maybe the most beautiful restaurant I've been in. Esora 笑空 is a soba restaurant where reservations are necessary via Instagram DM. When I went, I was also only 1 of 2 diners despite the big open space, but honestly that made the whole experience such a vibe. It felt like a special moment with me and my noodles and I think about this meal a lot. The owner also was so friendly and asked where I was visiting from, he also told me that I was soaking my noodles in the broth for too long and I needed to just do quick dips haha.”
